This is just yummy and a terrific weekday meal. It’s also great for a dinner party. It’s fast AND delicious; it can be a one-pan wonder. It works with any fish, but I think I like it best with a white fish, as opposed to salmon. The sauce positively sings when used with sea bass…we’re talking arias here.
