Be good to yourself as often as you can. You are not here to please others. You will make the people around you happy by vibrating on a level of your own ‘self worth.’
Be organised around the home and workplace. Take time to prepare healthy ‘enjoyable’ meals for your budget. Partake in hobbies and interests. Learn at least one new thing. Make notes or start a journal.
Light a candle in the bath. Invest in little bits that smell nice. ‘Incense and oils.’
Be good to your neighbours and always kind to your pets.
Don’t waste money, make good.
